CUSTOMER / AGENT REGISTRATION
NW Home Tours respects and values the relationships between
other realtors and their clients. In a continually effort to be fair
NW Home Tours have implemented the following policies to ensure
that agents receive the full selling office commission.

1. Agents please register your client online (form below) prior to
visiting our communities or accompany them on their first site visit
and register onsite to receive the full SOC.

2. Buyers may also register their Agent onsite by filling out the
Customer Agent Registration provided by our onsite sales team
to also receive the full SOC.

3. If you write up a transaction with a customer, and you have neither
registered your buyer online or onsite, and your Buyer did not register
you on their first visit, a referral of 25% of the list price will be paid to
you at closing.

Agents, please understand that it is your responsibility to register
your buyers. NWhometours will not be responsible for SOC paid on
contracts written for unregistered Buyers. Thank you for considering
